Saaya Care provides comprehensive healthcare support services including but not limited to virtual doctor consultations, care coordination, nursing assistance, emergency support, health record management, and lifestyle guidance.

Important: Saaya Care is not a clinical establishment under applicable laws and does not operate as a hospital, diagnostic centre, or medical treatment facility.

• Saaya Care does not provide direct medical treatment or conduct medical procedures.
• While we connect you with doctors, healthcare professionals, and partner facilities, all medical advice, prescriptions, or interventions are provided solely by the licensed practitioner or institution concerned.

Saaya Care shall not be responsible or liable for:

• ● Any complications, risks, side-effects, or adverse outcomes arising from consultations, treatments, or interventions.
• ● Any guarantee of a particular health outcome, recovery, or result.

We strongly recommend that you seek a secondary opinion from an independent healthcare provider, preferably one registered under a recognized Clinical Establishment Certificate, whenever needed.

Saaya Care does not control or endorse these third parties and shall not be responsible for their actions, accuracy of information, or quality of services.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

By enrolling in Saaya Care’s services, you expressly consent to Saaya Care and its authorised staff accessing, storing, and processing your medical records, personal health information, and related data solely for the purpose of delivering, coordinating, and improving your care.

Saaya Care shall maintain the confidentiality of all such information and ensure it is shared only with relevant healthcare providers, partners, or service facilitators involved in your care, strictly on a need-to-know basis and with your prior consent wherever applicable.
